The Board’s work, funded by an assessment of one cent per pound on domestic and imported honey, is designed to lift the awareness and use of honey by consumers, the foodservice industry and food manufacturers.
Johnston Honey Farm provides The Black Eyed Pea restuarants with honey for their delicious cornbread and rolls that accompany every meal. Labeled as Colorado Honey Company, it is the same honey that is also packaged under the Beeyond the Hive label.
